The EOM Report delivers comprehensive end-of-month inventory insights, enabling businesses to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure planogram compliance across all retail outlets. This automated reporting solution captures critical inventory metrics including stock quantities, product facings, and asset utilization to support data-driven inventory management decisions.

The report consolidates information from multiple outlets into a single Excel document, providing stakeholders with visibility into inventory performance, compliance status, and potential stock issues. By analyzing facings, case sizes, and stock levels, businesses can identify trends, prevent stockouts, optimize shelf space allocation, and maintain consistent product presentation standards.
