For example, a large grocery store have channel as "groceries" while classification as "Gold", while a smaller grocery store may have classification as "Bronze". That way, you can set different parameters/ targets based on this classification. |

| Brand | To identify products that fall under a specific branding. Example, Fanta can be a brand while Fanta Orange and Fanta Pine Apple are individual products for that Brand |
| User | A user for Coolr system. This can be an installer, technician or a business user. Users have access to our tools. There can also be other people who get information from our system using emails. However, those are considered "notifications" and these recipients are not considered users of our system. |
