The Location Detail screen provides comprehensive information about a selected location, including all assigned assets and their details. From this screen, you can easily navigate to the location, initiate a call or email, view notes, check alerts, and manage assets associated with the location.
📄️ Asset
The Asset section in the Location Detail screen provides a comprehensive view of all assets associated with a specific outlet. This section allows you to manage and monitor assets effectively, including adding new assets, viewing details.
📄️ Add Asset
The Add Asset screen is designed to help users (such as Sales Rep and warehouse staff) quickly register new cabinets or other assets into the system.
📄️ Ordering
The Ordering tab is available at the outlet (location) level and provides order-related details similar to Playbook. In CoolR Mobile App, the Ordering tab appears at the location level next to the Asset tab, ensuring consistency between Playbook and CoolR Mobile App.
📄️ Alerts
When the Alerts tab is selected, you will see a summary and detailed list of all open alerts for the location. Each alert entry helps you quickly identify and act on issues that require attention.
📄️ Survey
This document explains the Surveys section available on the Location Details screen. The Surveys tab helps users track pending (Assigned) and completed (Submitted) surveys for a selected outlet/location, along with their priority, recurrence, and submission details.
