Overview

CoolR’s Outlet tab provides tools to visualize your fleet with image recognition and understand its performance both generally and individually. This page allows teams to manage resources based on their roles, offering a complete overview of:

  • Outlets
  • IoT cabinets
  • Image recognition process
  • Business performance
  • AI-suggested orders

Main Outlet Tab

When accessing the Outlet tab, users see a list of outlets enabled for their role. Each outlet displays:

  • Name and Code
  • Approved image
  • Date of approval

Features

  • Search Box: Filter outlets by Name, Code, or Asset Serial Number.
  • View Modes:
    • Small: Compact outlet cards for broad visualization.
    • Large: Bigger cards with enhanced image visibility.
    • Map: Displays outlets geographically, with map and satellite views.

Filters

Users can filter outlets using the Options menu, with filters grouped into:

Status

  • Smart: Whether an outlet has a smart device (Yes/No).
  • Last Image Date: Custom or preset time ranges.
  • Active: Whether the outlet is active (Yes/No).

Group By

  • Market, Channel, Distributor, Classification, Primary Sales Rep (Selectable from dropdowns).

Location

  • Country, State (Selectable from dropdowns).
  • City (Manually entered).

Sorting

  • Order by: Last Approved Image, A-Z, Z-A

Individual Outlet Card

Clicking on an outlet opens a detailed view, divided into sections:

2. Planogram

Displays planogram details per asset, showing:

  • Product placement visualization
  • Table with product name, SKU, and case size

3. Installation Audit

Shows historical installation actions:

  • Filename, Action Type, User, and Date
  • Options to manage filters, export, and preferences

4. Location

Displays outlet location on a map and checks if assets are in the correct location.

5. Alerts

A table showing alerts for associated assets:

6. Image Recognition

Displays approved images and recognized items, with three views:

  1. Approved Images: Navigate through historical approvals.
  2. Planogram vs Recognized: Compares expected vs detected products.
  3. Replenish Details: Shows product stock levels.

7. Performance

Tracks individual business performance of cabinets, showing:

  • KPIs: Own/Foreign Share of Shelf, Occupancy, Assortment Depth, Planogram Compliance, etc.
  • Portfolio Performance: % of days each product was recognized.

8. Ordering

Displays image recognition insights and suggested orders with options to:

  • Edit order (add/remove cases/products).
  • Ignore or schedule orders.

Designed for seamless navigation, the Outlet tab enables users to:

  • Locate outlets via the map.
  • Manage alerts and assign tasks.
  • Compare planogram vs recognized products.
  • Understand AI-driven replenishment calculations.
