The CoolR Playbook application is designed to guide field teams, store representatives and managers through the important actions needed to maintain perfect in-store execution, based on data generated by CoolR’s AI-powered image recognition and device health monitoring.

Its primary purpose is to:

  • Translate CoolR insights into store-level actions that field reps can easily understand and execute.
  • Provide clear, prioritized recommendations such as restocking key SKUs, outlet conditions, performance metrics and missed opportunity data.
  • Offer a consistent, structured workflow across all markets, ensuring that corrective actions are taken quickly and efficiently.
  • The Playbook is automatically updated using the latest image and performance data from CoolR’s cameras and analytics systems, ensuring that the rep always sees actionable, real-time tasks specific to each store and fridge.

By using the CoolR Playbook, field teams can:
