Data Retention

Images​

  • By default, Images captured are guaranteed to be retained for a maximum of 3 months unless requested by business​
  • Only 1 copy of the image is kept for retrieval purposes and 1 backup copy (cold storage)​
  • Images destroyed due to unusable data are destroyed both from primary and secondary (backup) storage. Any image containing personal identifying information such as partial face etc are considering unusable and are destroyed​
  • Images from the device are automatically destroyed in a round-robin manner within 10 door opens​

Analyzed Data​

  • Data/ analysis is retained for 3 years by default​

Raw Data​​

  • Raw data - encrypted and as captured by the devices and transferred to cloud is retained for 30 days​
