When Online:
- Daily pings upload cellular/Wi-Fi information

When Offline:
- "No-Data" alert generated after predefined duration (default: 24 hours)
- Special handling for edge cases:
- Extended alert timeframes for marginal signal areas
- Battery drain alerts when last reported level was < 10%
