Customers are notified through alerts, enabling them to proactively replace batteries before depletion. VistaZ devices are designed for easy battery replacement without the need to dismount the entire unit. -
Proactive Alerts
The system automatically generates alerts (via email or in-app notifications) for device malfunctions or maintenance needs. These are routed to the field operations or support team for immediate resolution.
