📄️ Overview
The CoolR Data Importer enables bulk creation and updating of data in your CoolR system via spreadsheet or API. Instead of entering records one by one, prepare a file and upload everything at once.
📄️ Outlet
Bulk create or update outlets (retail locations), along with their associated assets, contacts, sales representatives, and smart devices. Existing outlets are matched by Code and updated in place.
📄️ Asset
Bulk create or update assets (coolers, freezers, equipment) in CoolR. Existing assets are matched by Serial Number and updated in place.
📄️ Product
Bulk create or update products in CoolR. Existing products are matched by SKU and updated in place.
📄️ Planogram
Bulk import planogram configurations for coolers/assets. The system creates planogram records with automatic versioning, organizes products by shelf and priority ranking, and generates facing layouts. Supports both asset-based planograms (linked to specific assets) and standalone planogram templates.
📄️ User
Bulk create or update user accounts in CoolR. Existing users are matched by Email and updated in place.
📄️ Asset Type
Bulk create or update asset type definitions (cooler and freezer models). Existing asset types are matched by Model Number + Manufacturer and updated in place.
📄️ Factory Asset
Bulk create or update factory assets with their associated smart devices. Designed for factory-level asset registration before deployment to outlets.
📄️ Outlet Action
Bulk create (append) outlet actions for task management and assignment across your outlet network. Existing actions are not updated by this import.
📄️ Image Upload
Use this API to upload one or more cooler images from mobile apps, IoT devices, StoreAware, StoreBuddy, and third-party systems.
