System Alert - Overview
The system evaluates device and asset health and Inserts, Updates, or Closes alerts based on telemetry and activity. All alerts require the Smart Device or Asset to be assigned to an active (non-deleted) client.
Core Evaluation Criteria
- Last Ping Cut-off: 36 hours
- Image Data Cut-off: 72 hours
- High Image Count Threshold: > 3 images in last 72 hours
- Rejected Image Threshold: > 2 rejected images in last 72 hours
- Alerts are Updated (Last Modified On) while conditions persist and Closed when conditions no longer apply.
