Logs

There are various logs maintained within the Coolr system for security and audit reasons. These logs are available on need basis.

Although API integration is available for such logs, it is not documented publicly.

Types of logs

1. Access Log: Every login to the system is logged - including IP address and the browser agent used
2. Modification Log: Any changes made to the records are logged - including date/ time and the user associated
3. Debug/ Error Logs: These are collected from the devices/ apps on periodic basic
4. Communication Logs: All communication from the devices to our endpoint is logged
